Male infertility is caused by two main factors: sexual dysfunction and sperm quality issues.
- Sexual Dysfunction
The first type of male infertility occurs when partners are unable to consummate. Sperm could not be transferred to the female partner for three reasons:

2. Sperm Quality

- Sperm morphology ≥ 4% of sperm must be normal
